Vianna Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American artist who lives and works from Tampa, Florida. Her practice is rooted in exploring who she is and how she loves being a body in the diaspora. She learns through exploration what it means to both ground herself and break away from the culture that’s given her shape. Nguyen is keen on working with clay and the words that come from within her, allowing her to learn with what came from the ground up.
